Purified Shard of the Third Moon

Purified Shard of the Third Moon is a 715 item level Heirloom trinket introduced in patch 6.2.3 that drops from bosses in Mythic Dungeons based on your active loot specialization.
Set Loot Specialization
Before entering a Mythic Dungeon, set your loot specialization to a tank role. If your loot specialization is set to a non-tank spec, a different trinket such as 
Judgment of the Naaru will drop instead.
Farm Mythic Dungeon Bosses
Defeat bosses in any Mythic Dungeon — the trinket has a reported drop rate of roughly 5–10% from any Mythic Dungeon boss on personal loot. Once you have obtained your spec's trinket, subsequent drops on that specialization will be random.
Skip Bonus Rolls
Seal of Inevitable Fate bonus rolls do not apply to this trinket, so only standard boss kills count toward obtaining it.
Equip With Touch of the Void
This trinket can be equipped alongside the Touch of the Void Heirloom trinket simultaneously, giving fresh level 100 characters access to both without competing for the same slot.
Tips
The base shield from activating this trinket is 200,000, and it scales multiplicatively with both your versatility and resolve — having the legendary tank ring active alongside high resolve stacks can produce substantially larger shields.
