Orb of Voidsight

Orb of Voidsight is one of five Heirloom trinkets introduced in patch 6.2.3, obtained by defeating bosses in Mythic Dungeons under the correct loot specialization.
Set Your Loot Specialization
Before entering a Mythic Dungeon, set your loot specialization to the correct role for your class. Orb of Voidsight drops based on your active loot specialization, not your current role — for example, a Holy Paladin with loot specialization set to Retribution will receive the Strength trinket instead.
Defeat Mythic Dungeon Bosses
Enter any Mythic Dungeon and defeat bosses to have a chance at Orb of Voidsight. The drop rate is approximately 5–10% from any Mythic Dungeon boss on personal loot. Once you have obtained the trinket for your loot specialization, subsequent drops on the same specialization will be random among the available trinkets.
Skip Bonus Rolls
Seal of Inevitable Fate bonus rolls cannot be used to earn Orb of Voidsight, so only standard boss kills count toward obtaining it.
Check Your Heirloom Tab
Orb of Voidsight will not appear in the Heirloom tab until you personally loot it — this is expected behavior, similar to how Garrosh Heirlooms functioned. Once looted, it registers at item level 715 at level 100 and can be equipped alongside 
Purified Shard of the Third Moon or other compatible Heirloom trinkets simultaneously.
Tips
Orb of Voidsight is particularly effective against demon-type enemies, including Tyrant Velhari, Fel Lord Zakuun, Mannoroth, and Archimonde in Hellfire Citadel, as all of those bosses and their adds are classified as demons.
If you need to track the Orb of Voidsight buff, use spell ID 201410 rather than searching by the spell name Voidsight, which returns no results.
