Admiral Taylor's Loyalty Ring

Admiral Taylor's Loyalty Ring 
is an Agility Heirloom ring introduced in patch 6.2, obtained as a reward from a rare Naval mission that requires a level 3 Shipyard to unlock.
Build Level 3 Shipyard
You must have a level 3 Shipyard at your garrison, unlocked via the Naval Domination achievement, before the Heirloom ring missions can appear.
Unlock Ghostly Spyglass Blueprint
Obtain and unlock the 
Equipment Blueprint: Ghostly Spyglass, then equip it on one of your ships — this is required for the Heirloom ring missions to appear.
Clear Southwest and Northeast Treasure Missions
Complete treasure missions in the southwest and northeast waters of your Naval map, as clearing these is one of the prerequisites that triggers the rare Heirloom ring missions to show up.
Counter Mission Threats at 100%
To reach 100% success chance, use Horde Undead Crew or Alliance Human Crew on both your Carrier and Destroyer, counter First Strike with a 
Felsmoke Launcher, counter Evasive with a 
True Iron Rudder, and counter Cursed Crew on both ships with a 
Ghostly Spyglass — you can split the Felsmoke Launcher and True Iron Rudder between the two ships.
Await Rare Mission Respawn
The Admiral Taylor's Loyalty Ring mission is a rare Naval mission that does not immediately respawn if failed, so a new attempt will appear after some time has passed.
Upgrade Your Heirloom Ring
Once obtained, upgrade Admiral Taylor's Loyalty Ring to level 90 scaling with an 
Ancient Heirloom Armor Casing, or to level 100 scaling with a 
Timeworn Heirloom Armor Casing.
Tips
The other two Naval Heirloom rings are
Captain Sander's Returned Band (Strength) and 
Signet of the Third Fleet (Intellect), and the same Shipyard prerequisites apply to their missions as well.Dense Fog, Stormy Weather, and Chaotic Whirlpools do not need to be countered for these missions.
