The Eternal Talisman of Evasion is a heirloom necklace added in patch 6.1 that features an on-use heal with a 1-minute cooldown, purchasable from vendor NPCs for 700 Gold.

Locate the heirloom vendor

Find Estelle Gendry if you are Horde, or Krom Stoutarm if you are Alliance. Both vendors sell all heirloom necklaces including the Eternal Talisman of Evasion.

Purchase the necklace

Buy the Eternal Talisman of Evasion from the vendor for 700 Gold. The healing effect scales with your character level and shares a cooldown with Healthstones and healing potions.

Tips

  • Use the macro /use 2 to quickly activate the necklace's healing effect during combat.
