The Eternal Horizon Choker is a heirloom necklace based on the vanilla WoW world drop Horizon Choker, purchasable from heirloom vendors for 700 Gold.

Locate the Heirloom Vendor

Horde players can purchase the Eternal Horizon Choker from Estelle Gendry, while Alliance players can find it sold by Krom Stoutarm.

Purchase the Choker

Buy the Eternal Horizon Choker for 700 Gold. If the item is not visible on the vendor, select "All" at the top of the vendor window — some classes such as Rogues have this necklace hidden by default.

Tips

  • The on-use heal scales with your character level, has a 1-minute cooldown, and shares that cooldown with healing potions and Healthstones.

  • To quickly activate the on-use heal, use the macro /use 2 which targets your neck slot directly.
