Hellscream's Decapitator (Mythic)
Hellscream's Decapitator is a Mythic difficulty heirloom two-handed axe that drops from Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid, scaling from level 90 to level 100.
Enter Siege of Orgrimmar
Set the Siege of Orgrimmar to Mythic difficulty and enter the raid. At max level you can solo the entire instance.
Defeat Garrosh Hellscream
Fight your way through the raid and defeat Garrosh Hellscream, the final boss, on Mythic difficulty. Hellscream's Decapitator has a chance to drop from his loot table.
Note Item Level at 100
All heirlooms from this series, including Hellscream's Decapitator, cap at item level 620 at level 100, which falls just below Heroic dungeon gear at item level 630.
