Hellscream's Warmace is a Healer Mace Heirloom that scales from Level 90 to Level 100, obtained as a drop from Garrosh Hellscream in Siege of Orgrimmar on Mythic difficulty.
Enter Siege of Orgrimmar
Set the raid to Mythic difficulty, then enter Siege of Orgrimmar and fight your way to the final boss, Garrosh Hellscream.
Defeat Garrosh Hellscream
Defeat Garrosh Hellscream on Mythic difficulty — Hellscream's Warmace has a chance to drop from him as a Healer Mace Heirloom.
Note the Scaling Cap
Hellscream's Warmace scales up to a maximum item level of 633 at Level 100, following the Mythic tier's scaling progression as you level from 90 to 100.
Tips
The Normal and Heroic versions of Hellscream's Warmace also drop from Garrosh Hellscream in their respective difficulties, though the Mythic version reaches the highest item level cap of 633.
