Hellscream's Pig Sticker (Mythic)
Hellscream's Pig Sticker is a Mythic-difficulty Heirloom staff for Agility DPS and Tank specs, obtained by defeating Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid on Mythic difficulty.
Enter Siege of Orgrimmar
Set the Siege of Orgrimmar raid to Mythic difficulty and enter the instance. As an older raid, you can clear it solo at max level.
Defeat Garrosh Hellscream
Fight your way through the raid and defeat Garrosh Hellscream, the final boss. Hellscream's Pig Sticker has a chance to drop from him on Mythic difficulty.
Understand Heirloom Scaling
Hellscream's Pig Sticker is designed to scale from level 90 to level 100, and is part of the Mythic Heirloom weapon series from Siege of Orgrimmar, which also includes items such as 
Hellscream's Tome of Destruction, 
Hellscream's Warmace, 
Hellscream's Razor, and 
Hellscream's Doomblade. The Mythic version scales to a final item level of 633, increasing approximately 6 item levels at a time as you level.
Share Across Characters
Once obtained, Hellscream's Pig Sticker can be passed to other Agility-based characters, such as a Druid or Monk, making it useful for leveling multiple alts from 90 to 100.
Tips
The Mythic version of Hellscream's Pig Sticker caps at item level 633, making it the strongest of the three difficulty variants (Normal and Heroic versions also exist but scale to lower final item levels).
