Hellscream's Barrier (Heroic)
Hellscream's Barrier is a Heroic difficulty Heirloom shield that scales from Level 90 to Level 100 and drops from Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid on Heroic difficulty.
Enter Siege of Orgrimmar
Set the Siege of Orgrimmar raid to Heroic difficulty, then enter and make your way to the final boss, Garrosh Hellscream.
Defeat Garrosh Hellscream
Defeat Garrosh Hellscream on Heroic difficulty; if you have not yet received any Heirloom from him, the drop rate was significantly increased in Patch 6.0, and players who have never looted an Heirloom from Garrosh on Normal difficulty or higher receive a guaranteed spec-appropriate Heirloom on their first kill.
Understand Heirloom Item Level Scaling
Hellscream's Barrier scales up in item level as you level, ultimately reaching 633 item level at its cap, with the Heroic version gaining approximately 7 item levels per scaling step on average.
Farm Additional Heirlooms
If you are farming for additional Heirlooms beyond your first, the chance of receiving them also increased in Patch 6.0, so continue defeating Garrosh Hellscream on Heroic each week for another chance at Hellscream's Barrier alongside other items in the series such as 
Hellscream's Doomblade, Hellscream's Shield Wall, and 
Hellscream's Pig Sticker.
Tips
The Heroic version of Hellscream's Barrier reaches a final item level of 633, making it the middle tier between the Normal (Flex) and Mythic versions of the shield.
