Hellscream's Shield Wall (Heroic)
The 
Hellscream's Shield Wall is a Heroic Heirloom shield for tanks, dropped by Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid on Heroic difficulty, scaling from Level 90 to Level 100.
Enter Siege of Orgrimmar
Set the Siege of Orgrimmar raid to Heroic difficulty and enter the instance. Fight through the raid until you reach Garrosh Hellscream, the final boss, and defeat him to have a chance at the Hellscream's Shield Wall dropping.
Use Patch 6.0 Drop Rates
Since Patch 6.0, players who have not yet received any Heirloom from Garrosh Hellscream are guaranteed a spec-appropriate Heirloom on their first kill on Normal difficulty or higher, with increased chances for additional Heirlooms beyond the first.
Use Interim Tank Shields
While working toward Hellscream's Shield Wall, consider using the 
Bulwark of the Fallen General from General Nazgrim or the 
Ancient Mogu Tower Shield from the Secured Stockpile of Pandaren Spoils as strong tank shield alternatives within the same raid.
Understand Item Level Scaling
Hellscream's Shield Wall scales as a Heirloom item, and based on the scaling system, all Heirloom weapons from Garrosh ultimately reach item level 633 at max scaling, with the Heroic version gaining approximately 6 item levels per step up.
Tips
Hellscream's Shield Wall has Mastery and Dodge along with two red sockets, making it the strongest of the four tank shields available in Siege of Orgrimmar compared to the
Shield of Mockery, Bulwark of the Fallen General, and Ancient Mogu Tower Shield.
