Hellscream's Warmace is a Healer Mace Heirloom that scales from Level 90 to Level 100, obtained by defeating Garrosh Hellscream in Siege of Orgrimmar on Heroic difficulty.
Enter Siege of Orgrimmar
Set the raid difficulty to Heroic and enter Siege of Orgrimmar, then make your way to the final boss, Garrosh Hellscream.
Defeat Garrosh Hellscream
Defeat Garrosh Hellscream on Heroic difficulty — Hellscream's Warmace has a chance to drop directly from him on this difficulty only.
Note: Bonus Roll Unavailable
Hellscream's Warmace cannot be obtained using a bonus roll coin, so each weekly lockout reset represents one attempt per character.
