Enter Siege of Orgrimmar
Enter the Siege of Orgrimmar raid and defeat Garrosh Hellscream on Normal, Heroic, or Mythic difficulty. As of Patch 6.0, players who have not yet received any Heirloom from Garrosh are guaranteed a spec-appropriate Heirloom drop on their first kill at Normal difficulty or higher.

Hellscream's Doomblade scales as you level, and all versions of this Heirloom cap at item level 633 — Heroic difficulty versions increase approximately 6 item levels per bracket, Normal approximately 7, and the former Flex difficulty approximately 8 levels at a time, with minor adjustments along the way to reach 633.
