Buy the Burnished Pauldrons of Might from Enchanter Erodin at 41.8, 66.4 in Silvermoon City. Note that Warriors and Paladins under level 40 will see these displayed as mail armor rather than plate — this is a visual quirk and the item will correctly become plate at level 40.
