The 
Tarnished Raging Berserker's Helm is a mail heirloom helmet introduced in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, purchased from a Guild vendor once your guild has reached Level 20.
Reach Guild Level 20
Your guild must be at least Level 20 before the Tarnished Raging Berserker's Helm becomes available for purchase from your Guild vendor.
Purchase From Guild Vendor
Visit your faction's Guild vendor and purchase the helm. If the item does not appear, change the class filter dropdown at the top of the vendor's page from your class name to 'All' to make all available heirlooms visible.
Tips
This helm can be enchanted with the Arcanum of Ferocity (requires Revered with Cenarion Expedition), though the enchant only becomes active at level 70.
Wearing this helm alongside other guild heirlooms stacks XP bonuses: the helm alone provides 10% bonus XP, and being in a guild at rank 20 adds a further 10% XP bonus from kills and quests.
This item scales as mail only up to level 40 — it does not scale down to leather for classes such as rogues, regardless of the armor type shown.
