Polished Helm of Valor is a Guild Heirloom helmet introduced in Patch 4.1, unlocked through the Guild system upon reaching Guild Level 20.
Reach Guild Level 20
The Polished Helm of Valor becomes available for purchase once your guild reaches Level 20. This item was introduced in Patch 4.1 as part of the Cataclysm Guild Heirloom system.
Purchase From Guild Vendor
Once your guild is Level 20, visit your faction's Guild Vendor to purchase the Polished Helm of Valor. Note that if you send this plate item to a Warrior below level 40, it will appear as mail armor, but is expected to revert to plate once that character reaches level 40.
