Preened Wildfeather Leggings is a leather heirloom piece for Balance and Restoration druids, unlocked through the Guild achievement system upon reaching Guild Level 20.

The Preened Wildfeather Leggings become available for purchase through the Guild vendor once your guild reaches Level 20. Progress your guild by completing guild activities and achievements to reach this milestone.

Once obtained, you can apply leg enhancements that scale with your level, including options such as 
Light Armor Kit, 
Medium Armor Kit, 
Mystic Spellthread, 
Silver Spellthread, 
Runic Spellthread, 
Enchanted Spellthread, 
Pearlescent Spellthread, 
Cerulean Spellthread, 
Greater Pearlescent Spellthread, and 
Greater Cerulean Spellthread; note that enhancements scale down but not up with level.

These leggings are part of the Balance/Restoration druid heirloom set alongside
Preened Tribal War Feathers, 
Preened Ironfeather Shoulders, and 
Preened Ironfeather Breastplate.You can apply
Icescale Leg Armor to these leggings even though it makes the item soulbound, but armor kits that require a minimum item level cannot be applied.
