Visit an heirloom vendor in your faction's major city or look for the heirloom quartermaster.

Purchase the shoulders

Buy the Pristine Lightforge Spaulders from the vendor using the appropriate heirloom currency.

Tips

  • As of Patch 6.2, the Resilience stat on these shoulders was replaced with Haste, making them significantly more valuable for healing specializations.

  • These shoulders can be paired with other intellect plate heirlooms like Phoenix-Wing Cloak and Silvermoon City Tabard to create a complete healing set.
