Enter Hellfire Citadel raid
Enter Hellfire Citadel and navigate to Shadow-Lord Iskar's encounter.
Defeat Iskar without holding Eye
Engage Shadow-Lord Iskar and burn him down while ensuring no player holds the Eye of Anzu for more than 5 seconds consecutively. You can either avoid picking up the eye entirely if your healing and damage output are sufficient, or designate two players to pass the eye back and forth constantly to keep the timer reset.
Tips
At maximum level, you can solo this encounter by never picking up the eye if your heals are strong enough to handle the raid damage.
If running with a group, assign two players to alternate picking up and dropping the eye every few seconds to maintain the 5-second requirement throughout the fight.
