Crashin' Thrashin' Shredder Controller, a 2014 Toybox item originally looted from the Winter Veil Gift during the 2014 Feast of Winter Veil and now obtainable year-round via the Stolen Present from the daily quest You're a Mean One....
Complete the Daily Quest
Accept the daily quest You're a Mean One... from Orgrimmar (Horde) or Ironforge (Alliance) during the Feast of Winter Veil event. Both factions have their own variant of this quest.
Loot the Stolen Present
The daily quest rewards a 
Stolen Present, which has a chance to contain the Crashin' Thrashin' Shredder Controller. Looting the Controller grants the Feat of Strength automatically.
Tips
The Shredder Controller was replaced by the
Crashin' Thrashin' Flamer Controller in the standard Winter Veil Gift starting in 2015, so the Stolen Present from You're a Mean One... is the current source for the Shredder Controller.Players who obtained the Controller in 2014 from the original Winter Veil Gift received the Feat of Strength automatically upon logging in after Patch 6.1.
