Successfully toss 10 rings onto Dubenko the Darkmoon Turtle in one session of the Ring Toss.
Triumphant Turtle Tossing requires you to land 10 rings on Dubenko the Darkmoon Turtle in a single Ring Toss session, rewarding the 
Darkmoon Ring-Flinger toy.
Obtain a Game Token
You need one 
Darkmoon Game Token to play the Ring Toss game at the Darkmoon Faire.
Learn Dubenko's Movement Pattern
Dubenko starts in the center, walks out to a random direction, stops at the edge, then sprints back to the center — this is the only pattern he repeats throughout the session.
Aim at the Center
Always aim your throw at the central point where Dubenko returns to, not at the turtle itself; the ring has a 2-second cast time plus air travel, so throw the moment Dubenko stops at the edge and begins sprinting back, and the ring will land perfectly as he arrives at the center.
Tips
The target circle for each throw is very small, so clicking precisely on the center point rather than tracking the turtle directly is the key to landing all 10 rings.
