Awake the Drakes
Collect the following drake mounts.
Awake the Drakes is a 5-point collection achievement requiring you to obtain a specific set of drake mounts from Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm raids and dungeons, rewarding the Emerald Drake upon completion.
Farm Eye of Eternity
Enter the Eye of Eternity in Borean Tundra and defeat Malygos to loot 
Reins of the Azure Drake (~4% on 10-man, ~2% on 25-man) and 
Reins of the Blue Drake from Alexstrasza's Gift. Both mounts can drop from the same kill, on either difficulty.
Farm Obsidian Sanctum (10-man)
Enter the Obsidian Sanctum in Dragonblight on 10-man difficulty, leave all three Twilight Drakes — Shadron, Tenebron, and Vesperon — alive, then defeat Sartharion to receive 
Reins of the Black Drake at a 100% drop rate.
Farm Obsidian Sanctum (25-man)
Enter the Obsidian Sanctum in Dragonblight on 25-man difficulty, again leave all three Twilight Drakes alive before defeating Sartharion to receive Reins of the Twilight Drake at a 100% drop rate.
Farm Culling of Stratholme
Enter the Culling of Stratholme in Tanaris on Heroic difficulty and defeat the Infinite Corruptor within 25 minutes of the in-instance timer starting to receive 
Reins of the Bronze Drake at a 100% drop rate.
Farm Dragon Soul for Blazing Drake
Enter Dragon Soul and defeat the Elementium Fragment to have a chance at 
Reins of the Blazing Drake, which has a ~0.6% drop rate on 10-man normal, ~0.8% on 10-man heroic, ~0.9% on 25-man normal, and ~3% on 25-man heroic — making 25-man heroic the most efficient difficulty to farm.
Tips
The Obsidian Sanctum drake mounts only drop at 100% if all three Twilight Drakes (Shadron, Tenebron, Vesperon) are alive when Sartharion dies — killing any of them beforehand will prevent the mount from dropping.
The Black Drake (10-man) and Twilight Drake (25-man) come from separate lockouts, so you can farm both in the same weekly reset by running both difficulties.
