Savagely Superior
Equip a superior item in every slot with a minimum item level of 608 (prior to Battle for Azeroth).
Savagely Superior requires you to equip a superior (blue) or epic (purple) quality item with a minimum item level of 608 in every gear slot, and was intended to be completed prior to Battle for Azeroth.
Gear Every Slot to 608+
Equip a rare or epic item of item level 608 or higher in every slot. You can browse all qualifying rare items using the Wowhead item filter for quality 3 and minimum item level 608.
Note Quest Item Base Level
For quest reward gear, the achievement checks the base item level of the item, not the upgraded version — a 
Twisted Elemental Focus that proced to 624 will not count if its base item level falls below 608.
Use Battleground Scaling
Queuing into a level 100 battleground scales your armor up to item level 650, which can trigger and award the achievement automatically if you have not already earned it.
