Visit Shattrath City Buckets
Visit the Candy Bucket at the Scryer's Inn at 56.3, 81.9 in Shattrath, or the Aldor Inn at 28.2, 49.1 in Shattrath. You only need to visit one of these two — either the Scryer or Aldor inn, not both.
Collect Hellfire Peninsula Buckets
Visit the Candy Buckets at Honor Hold at 54.2, 63.7 in Hellfire Peninsula, at the Temple of Telhamat at 23.4, 36.4 in Hellfire Peninsula, at Falcon Watch at 26.9, 59.5 in Hellfire Peninsula, and at Thrallmar at 56.8, 37.4 in Hellfire Peninsula.
Collect Zangarmarsh Buckets
Visit the Candy Buckets at Cenarion Refuge at 78.4, 62.9 in Zangarmarsh, at Telredor at 67.2, 48.9 in Zangarmarsh, at Orebor Harborage at 41.9, 26.2 in Zangarmarsh, and at Zabra'jin at 30.6, 50.8 in Zangarmarsh.

Collect Netherstorm Buckets
Visit the Candy Buckets at Area 52 at 32.0, 64.6 in Netherstorm and at The Stormspire at 43.3, 36.1 in Netherstorm.
Tips
For the Shattrath and Shadowmoon Valley stops, you visit either the Scryer or Aldor location depending on your faction allegiance — you do not need both.
