Tons of Toys is a 10-point achievement that requires you to collect 100 toys, which are stored in your Toy Box rather than taking up bag space.
Visit Horde Toy Vendor
Find Blax Bottlerocket walking up and down The Drag in Orgrimmar pushing a cart. He sells 7 toys: 
Tiny Green Ragdoll, 
Tiny Blue Ragdoll, 
The Swineskin, 
Foot Ball, 
Blue Crashin' Thrashin' Racer Controller, 
Toy Train Set, and 
Wind-Up Train Wrecker.
Grab Seasonal Balloon
During Children's Week, return to Blax Bottlerocket to purchase the 
Green Balloon for 10 silver, as it is only available during that seasonal event.
Farm Argent Tournament Banners
Purchase city banners at the Argent Tournament Grounds, as each banner you add to your Toy Box automatically grants its paired faction's banner — for example, adding the 
Orgrimmar Banner immediately awards the 
Stormwind Banner, and adding the 
Silvermoon City Banner awards the 
Exodar Banner, effectively doubling your toy count from banners.
Tips
Do not destroy toys to free up bag space — toys are stored in the Toy Box and do not occupy bag slots once learned.
Argent Tournament city banners count as 2 toys each due to their paired faction reward, making them among the most efficient toys to collect for progress.
