Collect 25 toys.
Toying Around requires you to collect 25 toys, which are stored in your Toy Box and can be accumulated from vendors, events, and other sources.
Visit Horde Toy Vendor
Find Blax Bottlerocket walking up and down The Drag in Orgrimmar pushing a cart. He sells seven toys: 
Tiny Green Ragdoll for 
10 gold, 
Tiny Blue Ragdoll for 10 gold, 
The Swineskin for 40 gold, 
Foot Ball for 40 gold, 
Blue Crashin' Thrashin' Racer Controller for 40 gold, 
Toy Train Set for 250 gold, and 
Wind-Up Train Wrecker for 250 gold.
Grab the Seasonal Balloon
During Children's Week, Blax Bottlerocket also sells the 
Green Balloon for 10 silver, so pick it up while the event is active to add another toy toward your 25 total.
Do Not Destroy Toys
Toys that have been destroyed from your bags are permanently lost and cannot be recovered, so avoid deleting any toy items you collect along the way to 25.
