Burn 100 trees in the Everbloom Wilds.

Burn It to the Ground is a 10-point achievement earned by burning 100 trees in the Everbloom Wilds using a Blackrock Flamethrower.

1

Obtain the Daily Quest

Pick up the Assault on the Everbloom Wilds daily quest from your Garrison before heading out — you cannot interact with the flamethrower objects without it active.

2

Join a Raid Group

Group up in a raid before burning trees — you will not receive credit toward the daily quest while in a raid group, but you will still earn progress toward the achievement, allowing you to burn all 100 trees without completing the quest prematurely.

3

Grab a Blackrock Flamethrower

Find Iron Pyrotech corpses at 58, 38 in the Everbloom Wilds and interact with them to receive a Blackrock Flamethrower, which starts at 100% fuel.

4

Burn Trees with the Flamethrower

Activate the flamethrower using the extra action button in the middle of your screen, which begins a 5-second channel, consumes 20% fuel, and slows you — move near trees during the channel to burn them, and note that you can still use your own abilities while channeling.

5

Avoid Completing the Quest Early

Each tree burned adds 1% progress to the Assault on the Everbloom Wilds quest, and once it reaches 100% the quest auto-completes and you can no longer interact with Iron Pyrotech corpses, so burning all 100 trees for the achievement and completing the quest cannot both happen on the same day unless you drop and re-take the quest.

Tips

  • Pick up the red berries scattered around the Everbloom Wilds to gain a 40% run speed buff called Hyper, making it faster to reach trees that are far away while the flamethrower slows you.
