Poor Communication

You must be on the Assault on the Heart of Shattrath daily group quest to interact with the missives. The Assault on Shattrath Harbor variant will not work, as missives only spawn outside the Market and Harbor districts. You can abandon and re-accept the Heart of Shattrath quest repeatedly to continue farming progress.

Clicking a single missive twice awards 2 credits, meaning you only need to find 15 missives instead of 30. The missives are pieces of paper pinned to walls, trees, bookshelves, and other surfaces throughout the area. Respawn timers are approximately 10 minutes, so cycling through all known locations is an efficient strategy.
