Bobbing for Orcs
Dispose of 40 floating orcs in Shattrath City.
Bobbing for Orcs is a 10-point achievement earned by disposing of 40 floating orc corpses in Shattrath City while on the quest Assault on Shattrath Harbor.
Accept Assault on Shattrath Harbor
You must be on the quest Assault on Shattrath Harbor before floating orc corpses will appear in the water at Shattrath Harbor. Without this quest active, no corpses will be present to interact with.
Farm Stairs Corpses First
Head to the sets of steps at 45.3, 21 in Shattrath City, where three staircase locations (near 43.0, 22.2 and 47.4, 22.3) each spawn 4–6 floating orcs guarded by a single Sargerei Soul-Twister. These respawn every 4–5 minutes and are the fastest source of progress. A strong second spot is at 50, 24, where more than 10 corpses can be found.
Drag Corpses to Dry Land
Click a corpse from the maximum clickable range, then stand still so your character pulls it toward you — you can reposition slightly while the cast bar is active to gain extra distance, making dragging at least twice as fast. Once the corpse reaches the water's surface it will change pose, indicating it is ready to be burned; dismount and set it on fire to receive credit.
Use Flying Mount Trick for Far Corpses
For corpses that are out of easy reach, swim to a body, click it to start the cast bar, then mount a flying mount and carefully fly upward above the target and jiggle slightly — the corpse will begin following you to the surface. Once it changes pose at the top of the water, dismount and burn it. A 
Anglers Fishing Raft can make reaching distant bodies easier while waiting for staircase respawns.
Tips
Use the click-and-stand-still drag method rather than swimming with the corpse — clicking from maximum range and holding position pulls the corpse to you significantly faster.
While the staircase spawns at 45.3, 21 are on their 4–5 minute respawn timer, use the flying mount drag method on farther corpses in the harbor to keep progress moving.
