The Power Is Yours
Combine the effects of all three types of Rune Crystals in Shattrath City.
The Power Is Yours requires you to combine the effects of all three Rune Crystals — Rune Crystal: Fel Fire, Rune Crystal: Arcane, and Rune Crystal: Fire — by having three players each hold a different crystal buff and simultaneously apply their debuffs to the same target in Shattrath City.
Recruit Two Other Players
This achievement requires exactly three players, each holding a different crystal buff at the same time. You cannot hold more than one crystal buff simultaneously, so the three buffs must be spread across your group.
Locate a Crystal Cluster
Find a crystal cluster in Talador, which contains all three crystals spawned together. Cluster locations are at 33.39, 40.3 in Talador, at 32.8, 36.5 in Talador, at 33.73, 48.96 in Talador, or at 32.09, 23.89 in Talador. Each cluster is unlocked by having three players each step on one of the nearby fel runes found in basements around Shattrath, which then grants access to the three crystals.
Each Player Clicks One Crystal
Once the fel runes are activated, each of the three players clicks a different crystal — Rune Crystal: Fel Fire, Rune Crystal: Arcane, or Rune Crystal: Fire — gaining that crystal's 5-minute buff. The crystals despawn shortly after activation, so do not delay.
Apply All Three Debuffs to a Target
Place a 
Sturdy Love Fool or an equivalent dummy and have all three players attack it immediately, using as many abilities as possible to ensure all three crystal debuffs land on the target at the same time. Once a single target is simultaneously affected by all three crystal debuffs, all three participating players receive the achievement.
Tips
You do not need to be on the Shattrath daily quest to interact with the crystals or fel runes, so you can attempt this outside of peak activity times to avoid competition for the crystal buffs.
If your group is larger than three, only the players who personally hold a crystal buff and apply its debuff to the target will receive the achievement — extra players do not benefit.
Using a Sturdy Love Fool dummy is strongly recommended because mobs in the area can die too quickly before all three debuffs have a chance to apply. See the video guide for a full walkthrough.
