Eggs in One Basket requires you to escort Arakkoa Outcasts to an Outcast Darkscryer with a total of 100 morale during Operation: Skettis Ruins.
Start the Daily Quest
You must be on the quest Assault on Skettis to attempt this achievement. Collect 4 
Talon Keys by killing humanoid mobs in the area — note that once your progress bar reaches 100%, humanoid mobs will no longer drop keys.
Free Four Arakkoa Outcasts
Use your 4 Talon Keys to free 4 Arakkoa Outcasts at the circle of prisoners at 55.2, 8.6 — free them together since you can only have a maximum of 4 at once. Use your bodyguard and crowd control to keep patrolling mobs busy while you free all 4 before engaging.
Kill Mobs to Build Morale
Kill every hostile mob in the area, including the two stationary robots and any birds flying nearby, then move up the ramp to the area with 4 robots at 54, 9 and kill them as well. Double back to kill any respawns in the previous area, which should bring your morale close to 100 — the Outcasts also gain morale when you assist grey mobs tagged by other players.
Push Toward the Turn-In
Head up the ramp toward 53, 8, killing any mobs along the way, then escort the Outcasts to the Outcast Darkscryer at 51.8, 5.5 to turn them in. If you are not yet at 100 morale, detour west to pull additional mobs before returning to turn in — do not leave the area at any point, as doing so resets your progress. Each Outcast has a 5-minute buff timer, so complete the escort before any of them expire.
Tips
Completing the related achievement Fish Gotta Swim, Birds Gotta Eat first is worthwhile because the fish dropped by birds grant a versatility buff that stacks — two stacks can reach 123% versatility, which significantly increases your damage output and reduces damage taken, letting you pull more mobs and kill them faster for Eggs in One Basket.
Go up the hill where the terrain changes from green to dusty and jump across the water before freeing the Outcasts — there is a bird there that can evade-bug, and killing it while stationary before starting the escort avoids complications later.
