The Brood of Nozdormu is the reputation faction tied to the Ahn'Qiraj raids in Silithus, Kalimdor, and reaching Exalted requires completing repeatable quests and killing monsters inside Temple of Ahn'Qiraj.
Kill Trash Mobs in AQ40
Enter the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj and defeat trash mobs, each granting 100 reputation, up to a cap of 2999/3000 Neutral.
Turn In Ancient Qiraji Artifacts
Loot 
Ancient Qiraji Artifacts from any mob inside AQ40 at roughly a 2% drop rate and hand them in via the Secrets of the Qiraji quest for 1, 000 reputation per turn-in.
Turn In Qiraji Lord's Insignias
Loot 
Qiraji Lord's Insignia from every boss in AQ40 and hand them in via the Mortal Champions repeatable quest for at least 500 reputation per turn-in.
Complete Class-Specific Idol Quests
Turn in your class-specific repeatable idol quests — available once you reach Neutral for the shoulders reward, and Friendly for the head and feet rewards — earning at least 500 reputation per turn-in.
Defeat C'Thun for Bonus Reputation
Defeat C'Thun at the end of AQ40 to earn 2,500 Brood of Nozdormu reputation, awarded as five separate 500-reputation gains.
Complete The Savior of Kalimdor
Complete the one-time quest The Savior of Kalimdor for at least 1,000 reputation, plus an additional 500 reputation on top of that.

The Secrets of the Qiraji turn-in awards 1,000 reputation per artifact, making it the highest-value repeatable source per item handed in.
Artifacts have roughly a 2% drop rate from any mob in AQ40, so farming full clears maximizes the number of artifacts collected per lockout.
