The Song of Silence is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating four elite Warsong mobs at Mok'gol Watchpost.
Obtain Secret Meeting Details
Farm 
Secret Meeting Details from Mok'gol Pack-Leaders in Mok'gol Watchpost. This item is needed to summon two of the four required elites.
Summon Gortag Steelgrip and Krahl Deadeye
Once you have the Secret Meeting Details, use the Signal Horn at 42.6, 36.2 to summon Gortag Steelgrip and Krahl Deadeye, then defeat both.
Defeat Brutag Grimblade
Find and defeat Brutag Grimblade, a regular spawn mob located at 43, 36.2 in Mok'gol Watchpost.
Defeat Karosh Blackwind
Find and defeat Karosh Blackwind, a regular spawn mob located at 45.9, 34.7 in Mok'gol Watchpost.

Use the Premade Groups finder to hop between servers and avoid waiting on spawn timers for Brutag Grimblade and Karosh Blackwind.
