The Stable Master
Defeat all mount-in-training targets in Nagrand while carrying the Garn-Tooth Necklace.
The Stable Master is an achievement earned by defeating all six mount-in-training targets across Nagrand while keeping the 
Garn-Tooth Necklace in your bags, rewarding the title Stable Master and the 
Armored Frostwolf mount.
Unlock Level 3 Stables
This achievement requires a level 3 Garrison Stables, which becomes available at level 100 after completing Master of Mounts with a level 3 garrison. Once your Stables reach level 3, the Garn-Tooth Necklace will appear on the ground near the front of the Stables — pick it up and keep it in your bags for the entire achievement.
Obtain Mount Whistles
Speak with Keegan Firebeard (Alliance) at your Stables to borrow additional mount whistles for mounts-in-training. These borrowed mounts tire out after only a few battles, but you can return to your Garrison to get a new whistle, allowing you to complete the entire achievement in a single day.
Defeat Beast-Lasher
Travel to Beast-Lasher at 79, 71 in Nagrand and defeat it while the Garn-Tooth Necklace is in your bags. Note that the necklace causes your mount to move 50% slower and take 50% more damage, so be prepared for a harder fight than normal.
Defeat Thundercall
Travel to Thundercall at 90, 23 in Nagrand and defeat it while the Garn-Tooth Necklace remains in your bags.
Defeat Ironbore
Travel to Ironbore at 53, 77 in Nagrand and defeat it while the Garn-Tooth Necklace remains in your bags.
Defeat Karak
Travel to Karak at 69, 34 in Nagrand and defeat it while the Garn-Tooth Necklace remains in your bags.
Defeat Maimclaw
Travel to Maimclaw at 63, 80 in Nagrand and defeat it while the Garn-Tooth Necklace remains in your bags.
Defeat Moth of Wrath
Travel to Moth of Wrath at 43, 69 in Nagrand and defeat it while the Garn-Tooth Necklace remains in your bags. If the Garn-Tooth Necklace is ever deleted from your inventory, it will respawn near the front of your Stables after a few minutes.
