Advanced Husbandry
Defeat all mount-in-training targets in Nagrand while carrying the Black Claw of Sethe.
Advanced Husbandry requires you to defeat all mount-in-training targets in Nagrand while carrying the 
Black Claw of Sethe, rewarding the 
Armored Frostboar mount upon completion.
Upgrade Garrison Stables
This achievement requires your Garrison Stables to be at least level 2 before the Black Claw of Sethe will appear. At level 3, you can also request training whistles from a Stables NPC to continue doing the daily kills even after your own mounts are fully trained.
Pick Up the Claw
Head to your Stables and pick up the Black Claw of Sethe from the ground near the front entrance. If you have deleted it, it will respawn in the same spot after a few minutes.
Collect Your Six Whistles
Pick up all 6 training whistles for the day's quests from your Stables. You do not need to be on any quests to earn the achievement — just have the whistles and the Claw in your bags. If your mounts are already fully trained, speak to the secondary stablehand (Keegan Firebeard for Alliance) to obtain additional whistles for Garrison troops, though note each of these whistles has only 3 charges.
Kill All Six Targets
Travel to Nagrand and locate each of the six enemy targets. Mount each of your six mounts-in-training in turn and kill all six enemies on each mount, for 36 total kills. You can confirm the Black Claw of Sethe is active in your bags by watching for a periodic 'alerted' animation above your mount's head. This can be completed in a group to speed up the process, and the most time-consuming part is waiting for enemy respawn timers.

The Armored Frostboar is learned automatically the moment the achievement is earned and will not appear listed as a reward in the achievement window beforehand.
