That Was Entirely Unnecessary requires you to punt 100 Goren Eggs in Magnarok, Frostfire Ridge, and is unlocked by making Magnarok the active PVE daily hub from your garrison.
Unlock Magnarok Daily Hub
Purchase a 
Scouting Missive: Magnarok from Sergeant Crowler in your Alliance Garrison, or from Sergeant Grimjaw in your Horde Garrison, then accept the quest to make Magnarok the active daily hub.
Punt Eggs Before Completing Quest
Head to the lava pools in Magnarok at 71, 26 in Frostfire Ridge. Punt the Acidmaw Eggs before completing the daily quest, as they become unclickable once the quest is turned in.
Clear Goren and Punt Eggs
At 71, 26 in Frostfire Ridge, there are five lava pools containing Acidmaw Eggs spawning in groups of roughly 4–7 per cluster. Clear the surrounding Goren mobs to safely access the eggs, and avoid standing in the lava to prevent taking heavy damage.

A high-density farming spot exists at 71, 26 in Frostfire Ridge where 30–40 eggs can be found, with more spawning as you punt through them.
