Mercenary of Sholazar
Earn Exalted status with the The Oracles and the Frenzyheart Tribe.
Mercenary of Sholazar requires you to earn Exalted status with both The Oracles and the Frenzyheart Tribe in Sholazar Basin, and since the achievement is account-bound, you can earn each faction's Exalted on separate characters.
Start the Quest Chain
Head to at 50.6, 76.8 in Sholazar Basin and kill the cat named Pitch, who is surrounded by three Frenzyheart. Once Pitch is dead, one of the Frenzyheart will offer you the quest Playing Along, which begins the entire faction chain.
Complete Frenzyheart and Oracle Quests
Work through the quest chain, which starts by earning reputation with the Frenzyheart Tribe before eventually leading you to quests for The Oracles. You will ultimately be asked to choose which faction to support.
Reach Exalted with First Faction
Continue doing daily quests for your chosen faction until you reach Exalted. The Oracles reward items such as the 
Mysterious Egg, which can contain pets like the 
Tickbird Hatchling or the 
Reins of the Green Proto-Drake, while the Frenzyheart offer the 
Frenzyheart Brew transformation item.
Switch Factions via Artruis
To switch from one faction to the other, defeat Artruis the Heartless, a level 77 elite soloable at max level. During the fight, both Jaloot the Oracle and Zepik the Frenzyheart attack you — keep the representative of your desired new faction alive, kill the other, then finish off Artruis. Completing the resulting quest switches your faction, setting your new faction to Honored and your old faction to Hated.
Reach Exalted with Second Faction
Since the achievement is account-bound, you can do this on the same character or on an alt. Earn Exalted with the second faction through daily quests to complete the achievement.
Tips
Because the achievement is account-bound, you can earn Exalted with The Oracles on one character and Exalted with the Frenzyheart Tribe on a different character, avoiding the need to switch factions at all.
