Set Heroic Difficulty
Enter The Everbloom on Heroic difficulty — this achievement cannot be completed on Mythic difficulty.
Engage Archmage Sol
Aggro Archmage Sol but do not attack her, and do not interrupt Parasitic Growth — interrupting it causes her to switch out of the fire phase, and she only spawns Firebloom flowers during the fire phase.
Wait for Flowers to Spawn
Step away from your keyboard for a few minutes while Archmage Sol continues to spawn Firebloom flowers until at least five are present on the platform.
Spam Spacebar Continuously
Once enough Firebloom rings are active, spam the spacebar without stopping and without pressing any other keys — you receive credit for jumping over a ring even if you land just as it passes under you, so no precise timing is needed.
Kill Boss After Achievement
Once the achievement pops, kill Archmage Sol — if the achievement did not trigger, simply let her continue spawning flowers and repeat the jumping step without killing her.
Tips
At max level in Battle for Azeroth and beyond, this can be done solo — there is no need to bring a group.
