Break the Giant Rylak Egg in Darktide Roost.
You Can't Make a Giant Omelette... is a 10-point exploration achievement earned by breaking the Giant Rylak Egg located at the highest peak of Darktide Roost.
Unlock the Daily Quest
You must be on the Garrison daily quest Assault on Darktide Roost to interact with any eggs on the island. If the daily is not available, purchase a 
Scouting Missive: Darktide Roost from your Garrison Quartermaster to trigger it.
Reach the Highest Peak
Travel to the top of the mountain at the center of Darktide Roost at 61.26, 88.77 — grab a 
Goblin Rocket Pack from one of the goblins on the isle to climb it, or alternatively use 
Aviana's Feather, a 
Goblin Glider Kit, or a 
XD-57 "Bullseye" Guided Rocket Kit (requires a Level 2 or 3 Gnomish Gearworks or Goblin Workshop in your Garrison).
Break the Giant Egg
At the summit at 61.26, 88.77, interact with the Giant Rylak Egg to break it and earn the achievement. The egg has a five-minute respawn timer if it is already broken when you arrive.
Tips
Breaking the Giant Rylak Egg also grants 5% progress toward the Darktide Roost Assault.
