Head to the outside version of Highmaul Raid in Nagrand and farm 
Gorian Artifact Fragments and 
Highmaul Relics from Highmaul Sorcerers and Highmaul Enforcers around Highmaul at 31.52, 34.15. Start at the front gate, go right into The Underbelly, left through the gladiator pit, up past the Fungal Destroyer pond, then turn left into the Path of Victors.
Turn In Gorian Artifact Fragments
Turn in your Gorian Artifact Fragments to Sallee Silverclamp — 20 Gorian Artifact Fragments reward 250 reputation each turn-in, while 1 Highmaul Relic rewards 350 reputation per turn-in.
Turn In Elite Drop Items
Personal items dropped from rare elite NPCs in Nagrand can be turned in to Gazmolf Futzwangler for 500 reputation each.
Tips
Gorian Artifact Fragments drop in higher quantities than Highmaul Relics, so expect more Fragment turn-ins than Relic turn-ins during a farming session.
Bring food and water when farming Highmaul, as the elite NPCs can be lethal — deaths are common, especially at lower item levels.
