Travel to Gorgrond
Head to Gorgrond and pick a spot near one of the inland lakes. Reliable fishing spots include at 61, 55 near the small lake just west of Wildwood Wash, at 64, 53 for another quiet area, and at 57, 55 or at 62, 55 along the central lake region.
Set Up and Use Bait
Use 
Jawless Skulker Bait and equip a strong fishing rod such as 
Ephemeral Fishing Pole along with a fishing hat like the 
Hightfish Cap to boost your fishing skill, as higher skill increases the chance of catching Enormous variants. Fish from pools at spots like at 57, 42 in the Everbloom Wilds or at 57.6, 55.4 if one spawns nearby, but casting in open water near a lake also works — bait drops frequently enough to chain-use before the buff expires.
Avoid Hazards at Key Spots
Note that at 61, 54 an elite mob named Biolante patrols, so fish nearby with caution, and at 58, 55 there are small snakes in the lake. The spots at 61, 55 and 64, 53 are mob-free and allow uninterrupted fishing, with one player completing the full 100 catches in under 30 minutes from these locations.
Tips
On high-population servers, competing for the sparse pool spawns is less efficient than finding a personal open-water spot near a lake and using bait continuously.
Additional verified fishing locations in Gorgrond include at 47.8, 87.6, at 42.6, 80.1, at 62.2, 53.5, at 57.8, 43.6, at 39.6, 52.0, at 40.2, 60.2, at 46.4, 90.8, at 51.7, 60.9, and at 51, 60 near the Alliance outpost.
