Would You Like a Pamphlet?

This achievement can only be completed while the Assault on Pillars of Fate daily quest is active. Once the quest ends, Hidden Tomes become non-interactable and any buffs you have already collected will disappear.

Hidden Tomes are small interactable items scattered throughout the Pillars of Fate quest area. Each tome grants one of three random 5-minute buffs, regardless of which buffs you already have. Fly between the following locations to find them: at 74.62, 31.22; at 74.27, 27.73; at 71.82, 27.78; at 71.7, 27.9; at 72.27, 23.62; at 72.6, 24.4; at 70.51, 24.15; at 70.6, 24.2; at 71, 22.64; at 71.2, 22.85; at 71.2, 22.8; and at 69.73, 20. Tomes respawn approximately every 2 minutes, so keep cycling through these spots and you should have all three buffs within 6 to 7 opens.

Some tome spawn points sit on the edge of or just outside the active quest boundary. Stepping outside the quest area will cause the Assault on Pillars of Fate quest to become inactive, which immediately removes all incantation buffs you have collected. Avoid the spawn at 72.76, 32.49, as a tome does appear there but the location is not inside the quest zone and interacting with it will not count toward the achievement.
