They Really Love Me! requires having 50 Love Rays active on you simultaneously, rewarding the 
True Love Prism toy upon completion.

Love Tokens. Every participant needs one of these.
Assemble 8 or More Players
Gather at least 8 players all holding the Manufactured Love Prism, since the prism has a 1-minute cooldown and each Love Ray buff lasts only 10 seconds, meaning 7 players cycling casts onto one target is the minimum viable setup to keep stacks building without dropping them.
Rotate Casts on One Target
Designate one player as the target and have the remaining players cast the Manufactured Love Prism on that target in a timed rotation, spacing each cast roughly 6 to 9 seconds apart to keep Love Ray stacks from expiring before reaching 50, then repeat the entire process for each participant.
Tips
Since patch 6.2, the Manufactured Love Prism places a 5-minute buff with a 30-second cooldown, making the achievement significantly easier than it was at launch — see the video guides for a full rotation demonstration.
The
True Love Prism toy also applies a Love Ray buff but has a 5-minute cooldown, making it impractical for stacking casts during this achievement.
