Have 25 Love Rays active on you simultaneously.
Beacon of Love requires you to have 25 Love Rays active on you simultaneously, achieved by gathering at least 25 players who each use a 
Manufactured Love Prism on you at the same time.

Buy a Manufactured Love Prism from the Lovely Merchant for 40 
Love Tokens.
Assemble 25 Players
Gather at least 25 players, each with their own Manufactured Love Prism, and have one player stand in the middle while all others channel the prism on them simultaneously. Note that stacking multiple uses from fewer players does not count — each stack must come from a separate player.
Stay Still in One Zone
Remain in the same zone without changing areas while stacking Love Rays, as moving to a different zone removes the buff before its 5-minute expiry. Avoid using abilities like Feign Death or Iceblock, as these also remove all stacks.
