Love Magnet
Have 10 Love Rays active on you simultaneously.
Love Magnet requires you to have 10 Love Ray buffs active on you simultaneously, achieved by having one person repeatedly use the 
Manufactured Love Prism on you every 30 seconds until 10 stacks accumulate.
Obtain Manufactured Love Prism
Purchase the Manufactured Love Prism from the Lovely Merchant for 40 
Love Tokens. Farm 190 
Lovely Charms to craft 19 
Lovely Charm Bracelets as the fastest way to gather the required tokens.
Find One Partner
You only need one other person who also has a Manufactured Love Prism — use the in-game LFG tool to find a partner. Both players purchase their own Prism so neither wastes charges.
Group in a Garrison
Meet your partner inside a Garrison to avoid phasing issues that occur in open-world zones like Stormwind. The group leader must remain the leader for the entire session — if leadership transfers or the leader leaves, all members get ported out and progress resets.
Stack 10 Love Ray Buffs
Have your partner target you and use the Manufactured Love Prism every 30 seconds when the cooldown resets. The Love Ray buff lasts 5 minutes and refreshes with each cast, so after 10 casts you will have 10 stacks active simultaneously and the achievement will trigger. Buffs from different players do NOT stack — the same person must apply all stacks.

True Love Prism also applies the Love Ray buff but has a 5-minute cooldown, making it ineffective for stacking to 10.
