Rescue Operation
Release the following captured prisoners from the Horde Prison:
Rescue Operation is a 10-point achievement earned in Ashran by releasing captured prisoners from the Horde Prison using a 
Warspear Prison Key.
Farm Warspear Prison Keys
Warspear Prison Keys have approximately a 10% drop rate from Warspear Blood Guards and Warspear Centurions. Warspear Blood Guards spawn in pairs alongside a raptor rider along the Path of Glory in Horde-controlled areas — for example, near Volrath's Advance and Emberfall Tower when the battle stage is at Crossroads. They can be crowd controlled and do not reset to full health when they leash, which is useful when soloing.
Farm the Prison Guard
The Prison Guard inside the Horde Base also drops the Warspear Prison Key and is easier to farm: it has 600,000 health, hits less hard than Blood Guards or Centurions, and spawns in a secluded area free of other NPCs. The Prison Guard respawns between 5 and 10 minutes — avoid going AFK between kills.
Alternative: Use Jailer's Libram
If you have a Paladin friend with 
The Jailer's Libram, you can duel them in Ashran and they can send you directly to the opposing faction's jail, bypassing the need to sneak into the Horde Base yourself.
Release the Prisoners
Once you have a Warspear Prison Key, enter the Horde Prison and use it to release the captured prisoners to progress the achievement.
Tips
Warspear Centurions are difficult to solo and are most practical to farm only when your faction is dominating and the battle has reached the High W stage.
