Item Level Force
Raise 20 followers' power level to 650.
Item Level Force requires raising 20 followers' average item level to 650 or higher, but only followers you personally leveled to level 100 count toward the total.
Level Followers to 100
Only followers you level up to 100 yourself count toward this achievement. Followers who start at level 100 (such as Croman and Millhouse) do not count, so focus your upgrades on followers you have personally leveled.
Raise Average Item Level to 650
The achievement tracks each follower's average item level, not their individual weapon or armor slots separately. A follower with a 655 weapon and a 645 armor piece qualifies, as their average is 650.
Activate All 20 Followers
If you have been deactivating capped followers to level others, reactivate them so that at least 20 qualifying followers are active simultaneously.
Apply an Upgrade to Trigger
If you meet all requirements but the achievement has not fired, apply any upgrade item to any follower — even a minor one such as increasing item level from 651 to 654 — to trigger the achievement check.
