Grand Theft, 1st Degree requires looting 100 Artifact Fragments from enemy players in Ashran, and awards 10 points upon completion.
Fight in Ashran
Stay active in Ashran's main combat areas, as Artifact Fragments are credited to you both by looting enemy player corpses and by simply being near an enemy player when they release their spirit, since their fragments are distributed to all nearby players automatically.
Track Progress Manually
There is no in-game counter to track your current Artifact Fragment count toward this achievement, so progress must be estimated based on your time spent in active combat areas in Ashran.
