My Item Level Is Way Higher than Yours is a 5-point achievement earned by raising any follower's item level to 650 through the use of Armor Enhancement Tokens and Weapon Enhancement Tokens.

Obtain Enhancement Tokens

Acquire Armor Enhancement Tokens and Weapon Enhancement Tokens by completing garrison missions or opening crates at your Salvage Yard. Token quality determines the item level increase: uncommon tokens raise item level by 3, while epic tokens raise it by up to 9.

Apply Tokens to Followers

Use the tokens on your level 100 followers to incrementally raise their item level. Repeating this process until a follower reaches item level 650 completes the achievement.

Tips
