Master Builder
Upgrade all the buildings on your garrison plots to level 3.
Master Builder requires you to upgrade all garrison buildings on your plots to level 3, and buildings do not need to be active simultaneously — replacing a maxed building with a new one and upgrading that to level 3 still counts toward completion.
Upgrade Medium Plot Buildings
For medium plots, buildings do not need to be up at the same time. Upgrade one building to level 3, then replace it with another and upgrade that to level 3 — the achievement tracks each individually as you go.
Watch for Small Building Issues
Small buildings have been reported as potentially bugged, so if your progress is not updating after upgrading small plot buildings to level 3, this may be the cause — continue upgrading other plot sizes in the meantime.
Check Large Building Credit
Large buildings such as the Mage Tower and Gnomish Gearworks have been reported as not always granting credit even when both are at level 3, so verify each large building is registering on the achievement tracker as you upgrade them.
