Expert Timing requires you to slay 4 Ogron Laborers that are not in combat using a single Iron Star in Iron Docks on Heroic difficulty.
Unlock the Iron Stars
Enter Iron Docks on Heroic difficulty and defeat Fleshrender Nok'gar. This makes the Iron Stars in the dock area usable.
Identify the correct Iron Star
Use the southernmost Iron Star — the one farthest in as you enter the dock area and positioned next to a wall — as your launch point.
Line up all four Ogrons
The third Ogron Laborer is always stationary, so aim the Iron Star's targeting arrow slightly left to align dead center on that third Ogron. The first and second Ogrons periodically align with the third roughly every 8 minutes, while the fourth patrols back and forth rapidly. Fire the Iron Star just as Ogrons 1 and 2 are stopping in line with Ogron 3, and when Ogron 4 is beginning its patrol from left to right — this catches all four before they move out of alignment.
Alternative solo method
If waiting for natural alignment is too slow, pull all four Ogron Laborers while mounted to cluster them together, then jump into the Iron Star. The Ogrons will drop combat and enter an evade state, but you can still fire the Iron Star and hit all four while they are evading, which counts for the achievement.
Tips
This achievement cannot be earned on Mythic difficulty — run it on Heroic only.
If you have a Rogue in the group, Distract can be used on the fourth patrolling Ogron to stop it in place and align it with the others, removing the need to time its patrol.
A root or snare ability such as Entangling Roots can be used on the first Ogron Laborer to hold it in alignment with the stationary third Ogron while waiting for the second to move into position.
